Had a lot going on when I put this mixtape together, I was living with 3 of my mates and a lodger, hadn't recorded anything since THC split up but was always writing. I was learning to drive and doing an apprenticeship in carpentry & joinery, my bird had left me with no warning, my first proper love, and I was up to no good - trying to make some decent money on the side. I was beefing with D Corkz at the time (we're sound now - shout out to you bro!) and me and Critical C had formed Pixelated Faces so was recording that at the same time. Ended up meeting a new bird and got into a long distance relationship after she moved to London.

Recorded at Flexxed Studios by Mikey Davies, La Corsia Studios by Saint Bastard and Adrian Ferro, Blah Mansion by Lee Scott and at Final Cut Studios by DJ Stu C. It features Bruva Smokes, Grey, Bill Shakes and Critical C. GrimeeQuick was supposed to feature on it and we recorded the track "Tales from the Tarmac" for it but due to a misunderstanding with the beat, it never made the mixtape. 

I released Blaze Time Stories in 2013, I think it captures that time in my life and has a proper raw, aggressive, street feel to it. I remember I just wanted to spit, show people I still had it... Check it out!
